Cornelius Living / Suggest a place

Know somewhere we should include?

Tell us about it. We research every suggestion against official sources before adding a profile.

How suggestions are reviewed

What makes a place a fit.

01

Rooted in Cornelius

We feature restaurants, coffee bars, shops, studios, parks, arts venues and lake experiences in Cornelius, plus a small number of facilities just over the town line that Cornelius residents use every week. Chains are considered only when they offer something distinctly local.

02

Verifiable from official sources

Every profile is built from what the business or public operator publishes itself: name, address, the kind of place it is and the amenities it describes. If we cannot confirm a detail from an official source, we leave it out rather than guess.

03

Evergreen, not promotional

Profiles describe why someone would choose a place and what to expect. They do not store hours, menus, prices or dates, because those change; instead each profile points visitors to the operator for current details.

04

Never paid, never guaranteed

Inclusion in the directory is free and editorial. A suggestion is not a promise of coverage, and businesses cannot pay to be added, ranked or reviewed. Anything sponsored would be clearly labeled under our editorial standards.
