Acceptance

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Nicholas and Miriam Peters ([Legal entity name — to be confirmed]). By affirmatively using the site’s tools or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this site, and you must use the site only for lawful purposes.

Limited license

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Prohibited activity

Without prior written permission you may not:

• Scrape, crawl for bulk extraction, bulk-download, copy, republish, frame or mirror the site or its content (ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted).
• Use site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build datasets for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.
• Impersonate the publishers, a Peters business or any other person.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam or unlawful material.
• Probe, scan, penetration-test or attempt to breach the site’s security, or interfere with its operation or other visitors.
• Circumvent rate limits, form protections or access controls.

Your decisions

You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the content. Verify every material fact with the responsible organization or a licensed professional.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content, tools and AI-generated output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the broadest extent permitted by applicable law, the publishers, their commonly owned businesses and their personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from or related to the site, even if advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent allowed by law, and nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publishers and their commonly owned businesses from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Third-party links and services

The site embeds maps from OpenStreetMap and relies on hosting, database and AI service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, graphics, compilations, branding and software are owned by the publishers or their licensors. See the Rights of Use, Copyright and Trademark Notice.

Feedback and submissions

If you send feedback, corrections or suggestions, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use them to improve the site, without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential information, other people’s personal information without permission, or material you do not have the right to share.

Electronic communications

When you submit an inquiry, you agree that we may reply by email or, if you provide a phone number, by phone about your request. Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law. We do not add you to marketing lists from an inquiry.

Suspension, changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms. We may update these terms; the “Last reviewed” date shows when. Material changes will be noted on this page.

General provisions

Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment: you may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the site. Survival: provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Entire agreement: these terms, together with the other Legal Center documents, are the entire agreement about use of the site and do not replace any separate signed agreement with a Peters business.
