Copyright notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
Send notices to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the subject “Copyright notice.” A designated DMCA agent registration has not been verified for this site. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its page address.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If material you provided was removed, you may send a counter-notice including your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and to accept service from the complaining party.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
