Before buying on the water
Look closely at dock permits, setbacks, shoreline stabilization, flood exposure, water depth and any restrictions imposed by the property or community. A beautiful view is only one part of lakefront due diligence.

Life beyond boating
Morning walks, evenings on the terrace and a simple drive to the water are all part of Cornelius's lake character. You do not need a boat to make the lake part of your life.
