Who is responsible

Information you give us

When you use the inquiry form, we collect the inquiry type, your name, email, optional phone number and your message. When you use the itinerary planner, we receive your travel dates, available time and interests. We do not offer user accounts, and the site does not accept file uploads.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting, content-delivery and security providers automatically process your IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps and error logs. Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for security and routing.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking. We store your cookie-choice record in your browser (see the Cookie Notice).

Information processed by service providers

Service providers that process data for us include website hosting and content delivery, a managed database (which stores inquiries and published journal articles), and an AI model provider reached through an AI gateway service, which receives itinerary-planner inputs to generate your itinerary. If you choose to load an embedded map, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser information.

Why we use it (purposes and lawful bases)

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following bases:

• Inquiries — to respond to your request (steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying).
• Itinerary planner — to provide the feature you asked for (performance of your request).
• Technical and log data — to deliver, secure and debug the site (legitimate interests).
• Embedded maps — only after your choice to load them (consent).
• Legal compliance — to meet obligations and enforce our terms (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

Selling, sharing and profiling

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Inquiries may be passed to the Peters business best suited to your request (for example, a custom-home inquiry to Peters Custom Homes), which is commonly owned with this site. We disclose information to contractors and service providers only to operate the site, and to authorities when legally required.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your request, maintain business records and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Server logs are kept by providers for limited operational and security periods. Itinerary-planner inputs are not stored in our database after the itinerary is returned, though AI and hosting providers may keep request logs under their own policies.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections, access controls on the database and server-side handling of credentials. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards offered by those providers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your information; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent at any time; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these); and to not be discriminated against for exercising rights.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others) have similar rights. Visitors from the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have GDPR/UK GDPR rights and may complain to their local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. We will verify your request reasonably before acting. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line, and, if still unsatisfied, contact your state attorney general.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Because we do none of those, a GPC signal also keeps optional embedded content off until you choose to load it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we ask that no one under 18 submit information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other Peters portfolio websites and embedded OpenStreetMap maps are governed by their own privacy practices.

Changes and dates
